- When the 730 Trap brand name comes to mind. Now there is another name Trap boyz RECORDS growing in the South-Da Ghost Taken under Big Mc's he learn to rap, Da Ghost surpised himself with how easily he took to the sport or rapping.
Self-described as a mix between down-south, up north gutta music. Da Ghost goal with music is to get people crunk where ever they at, and gurls dance. Sounds simple enough, but its a far drifferent gaol than what he might have had growing up. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Da Ghost relocated to Clinton, NC when he was 9 years old, over a decade before his music profession materlized.
"Swear to God, i liked coming up with drug gealers and basketball players when i was growing up," but now an entirely different set of doors has opened for him, and he feels it's important to let others experience his life through lyrics. "It's just a struggle. You gotta emphasize that and make them feel it, and at the same time make it entertaining."
Wtih a clear purpose behind his music, Da Ghost is presently working on the double-disc sequel to his debut project. He's alsocontributing to the Trap Boyz mixtape, a group which consists of Yung Prim, Josh, Ru santanna, and more.
"And even while somparing his labelmates to the legendary group, Da Ghost explains why he does so well as a solo aritst. "i'm in my own lane, I'm rapping my own way, doin' my own thing. I guess the shit i say touched the ladys and real niggas thats why hoods fuck with me"
