Humphrey a.k.a Phrey, 19 years old, was born and raised in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. Throughout his childhood Humphrey grew up around music, influenced by his brothers who used to listen and watch hip hop music videos from various hip hop artists like 2pac, Biggie, Ice cube, Dr. Dre, Jay Z, DMX and other artists during the 90's.

In the year 2004 at the age of 12, Humphrey was introduced to FL studio by his brother and that was when he discovered that he had talent in making beats. Ever since, Humphrey kept on making beats and promoting his work until now.

Humphrey's dream is to work as a producer in a major record label, also being able to work with various artists and producers. On the other hand Humphrey's dream is to start up an academy that would help develop talents in Africa, especially in music.
